The Blakiston at Palliser Village is now sold out.

The condominium units were almost all entirely purchased by individuals and families to be used as their primary, principle residence and we are extremely pleased with the success this project has had in providing home ownership opportunities to the residents of the Bow Valley.

As we work through the next few months moving in the remaining owners and completing the landscaping and public areas we also contemplate other opportunities in the area where we may be able to bring more of these opportunities to those that were not fortunate to have been able to secure a unit in the Blakiston.
